Clinical Anatomy

The Official Journal of the American Association of Clinical Anatomists and the British Association of Clinical Anatomists

EDITORIAL

Clinical Anatomy's On-line "Virtual Issue"

Clinical Anatomy has been published by John Wiley & Sons for eighteen consecutive years, and has been published on line the past nine years. The on-line version has been available to those who have a subscription, either as an individual or as a member of a subscribing academic institution, as well as to the members of the scientific societies who sponsor the journal. Clinical Anatomy is the official journal of the American Association of Clinical Anatomists, the British Association of Clinical Anatomists, and most recently, the Australia and New Zealand Association of Clinical Anatomy, and the Anatomical Society of Southern Africa.

The time has come to make an on line version of Clinical Anatomy available to scientists worldwide who do not fit into the categories outlined above. This "Virtual Issue" of the journal brings together articles published over several years and was designed to give visitors a clear understanding of the quality and breadth of the articles that are published in every issue of Clinical Anatomy. All of the major categories of articles are included for your perusal. Memorial articles (obituaries) and Book and Software Reviews are also published, but only sporadically and are not representative of a typical issue. The "Virtual Issue" will be evaluated for updates over time, as new developments in editorial content demand. It can be accessed at Wiley's Anatomy Web from the following URL: www.wiley.com/anatomy/clinanat_virtual_issue
