AAA Late Breaking Travel Award

AAA and the Advisory Committee for Young Anatomists (ACYA) is offering up to three (3) $150 Late Breaking Travel Awards to encourage AAA Student Members to participate in the AAA Annual Meeting at EB.

General Requirements & Guidelines for Late Breaking Travel Awards

1. AAA Members that have applied for an EB 2004 Student/Young Faculty Travel Award are NOT eligible for a Late Breaking Travel Award.
2. AAA student/postdoctoral member (2004 dues/renewal paid by abstract submission deadline).
3. First author and presenter at a Late Breaking Poster Session at EB 2004.
4. Applications will be judged and winners will be selected by the ACYA.
5. Presenters must be at their Late Breaking Poster on Wednesday, April 21 from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM.
6. Only applications with confirmed abstracts will be considered.No substitution of first author/presenter is allowed.
7. Up to three $150 Late Breaking Travel Awards will be presented at the AAA Annual Banquet on Tuesday, April 20; each Late Breaking Travel Award includes a free AAA Annual Banquet ticket ($55 value) so that all award candidates can attend. Additional tickets may be purchased.

APPLICATION must be received by Friday, February 27, 2004.

Late breaking abstract submission ends Wednesday, February, 25, 2004.
