Anatomical Sciences Image Submission Form

Thank you for your submission to the AAA Anatomical Sciences Image Library. Your doing so gives AAA the right to include the submission in the Anatomical Sciences Image Library for use by AAA, its members or others on terms established by AAA. In addition, submitted materials may be catalogued in the APS Archive of Teaching Resources (www.apsarchive.org).  The archive will provide a link to the resource on the AAA site and cataloguing will have no impact on copyright of the images.

You represent and warrant that you are the sole author and sole proprietor of all rights in and to all portions of the submission; that the submission is original and not in the public domain; that it does not violate or infringe on any personal rights of others; that it contains nothing libelous or otherwise contrary to law; and that you have full power to make the submission and enter into this agreement. Finally, you promise that the submission contains no material from other works protected by copyright that has been used without the written consent of the copyright owner, and that you have provided (or are simultaneously providing) AAA with copies of all such written consents.
