Below is information and deadlines that you will need for your session at AAA's Annual Meeting at EB 2014 in San Diego, CA. Please read this comparison chart for a list of all deadlines and see the difference between the symposium, hybrid symposium and platform sessions. Session content must be informational and educational, not commercial. Presentations that are sales pitches or product focused are discouraged.

Submit your speaker contact information (name, institution, address and e-mail address) and talk titles via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Session Summary- due 9/16/13
A short summary (session description) about your symposia is due by 9/16 via email to email@example.com . It should be around 100 words.
Abstract Submission Deadline for Speakers - due 10/23/13
Speakers will need to submit an abstract by 10/23/13. Abstract submission site opens on Sept 1 and instructions will be e-mailed to them in the beginning of September. Invited speakers do not have to pay an abstracts submission fee.

AAA encourages you to solicit additional contributions to assist with speaker reimbursements. Here is a link to a sample letter that we drafted to help you in asking for funds. Please note that all contributions are to be made directly to AAA and will be acknowledged by letter upon receipt.
