Part 2 of a two-part workshop on Managing Workplace Conflict. You will learn basic concepts and strategies for dealing with conflict, assess your own strengths and areas for improvement, and practice core communication skills that will help you in diverse situations.
Building on principles from the first session, this workshop will introduce and provide a forum to practice the core communication skills that are most helpful in managing conflict. The session will involve role-played case studies, a review of critical skills, and guidelines for continued learning.
