  • Prizes will be awarded to students for Poster competitions.
  • FASEB MARC Travel Awards are available for attending AAA's Regional Meeting.  This award helps to defray meeting registration and travel-related expenses for eligible underrepresented undergraduate and graduate students, post-baccalaureates, postdoctorates, junior faculty and mentors/faculty scientists in the biomedical and behavioral science. Submit an Abstract - Deadline is September 8!

There is NO abstract submission fee! One free abstract submission (per person) is included with your registration. All abstracts will be programmed for our poster session.  Students who submit a poster will be eligible to compete in our Student Poster Awards Competition for a chance to win prizes.

Hotel Information

AAA has a room block at the Crowne Plaza Philadelphia West for $129/night plus tax.  The rate includes complimentary parking, internet. The Crowne Plaza is located only 0.3 miles away from the meeting.  Guests can either walk or take a complimentary shuttle provided by the Crowne Plaza. 

For reservations -  book online or call 1-800-2CROWNE and say you are with the American Association of Anatomists to receive the group rate.  Reservations must be made by September 15 in order to receive this rate. After September 15,  all rates and reservations are based upon availability at the hotel’s prevailing rate.

Parking
On-campus parking is available in our five-level garage. Please enter either from Monument or Stout Road. The parking fee is a flat $5.00 and is paid upon leaving the garage. Please note: the automated gate takes credit cards and cash.
