Submit your speaker contact information (name, institution, address and e-mail address) and talk title via email to cshultz@anatomy.org
Session Summary- due 10/9/12
A short summary (session description) about your symposia is due by 10/9 via email to cshultz@anatomy.org . It should be around 100 words.
Abstract Submission Deadline for Speakers - due 10/22/12
Speakers will need to submit an abstract by 10/22/12. Abstract submission site opens on Sept 1 and instructions will be sent before then.
Sponsorship Information
AAA encourages you to solicit additional contributions to assist with speaker reimbursements. Here is a link to a sample letter that we drafted to help you in asking for funds. The AAA National Office can assist you in soliciting donations if you provide the names and addresses of the people you would like to contact. Please note that all contributions are to be made directly to AAA and will be acknowledged by letter upon receipt.
