Is there a difference between the size of a male heart and a female heart?

The normal adult human heart is about the size of your closed fist. On average, the adult female heart is about 2/3rds the dimensions of the adult male heart. In terms of mass, the male heart ranges from about 280-340 grams, the heart in females ranges from 230-280 grams. However, individual variation exists of course, depending on body mass, physical conditioning,
and the health of the individual.
