Volunteer leaders, invested in the future of the association and the anatomical sciences, are the backbone of AAA.

• A 14-person Board of Directors is chosen by the membership, with elections occurring each January.
• The Executive Director will serve as a non-voting, ex officio member of the Board of Directors.
• Standing and ad hoc committees take on specific roles and tasks to advance those initiatives.
• Professional staff support all of these efforts.
