Presented to a member who creates inclusive teams representing the rich diversity of communities served.
Provides travel expenses for members to facilitate visiting a laboratory or participating in a course outside their home institution.
Our Travel Awards help students/postdocs offset the cost of attending the Annual Meeting. Applicants are also eligible for onsite Competition Awards.
Supports workshops, symposia, and meetings either as stand-alone activities or under the umbrella of other national or international societies
This intense program is intended to provide vocational training to those involved in teaching anatomy, who have not had much exposure to either human anatomy or clinical experience.
Provides salary support to an AAA member who is a postdoctoral trainee working in any aspect of biology relevant to the anatomical sciences.
Providing funding for students who are current or new members completing their first masters or first doctoral degree.
Providing underrepresented minority undergraduate students interested in research at this early critical stage by better preparing them for graduate training.
Provides funding to support new scientific, educational, and professional development programs and services developed by members and/or Committees
The goal of the Anatomy Scholars Program (ASP) is to support and increase retention of Underrepresented Minorities (URM) in STEM in academia in the US and Canada.
