Virtual Attendees: $50

Late registrations will incur an additional $10 fee.

There will be a $25 service fee charged for meeting withdrawal and refund requests after 8/16/22. 

For the health and safety of our attendees, we are requiring all in-person attendees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Masks will be required to participate in the meeting. Proof of vaccination will be required onsite.

How to register: 
1. Login, if non-member will need to create an account
2. Click Register Myself button
3. Answer the Required Question: Do you have any Dietary Restrictions or allergies?
4. Click the Save Response button
5. Towards the bottom of the page, choose your registration category by clicking the Add button, Faculty – Member, Non-Member, Trainee – Member, or Virtual Attendee. 
6. Click Proceed to Checkout
7. You will enter your payment method
8. Click the Submit Order button
