A valid credit card is required to secure a group room. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date will incur a fee of 1-night room and tax charge to the credit card on file. Entry Requirements into Canada
What you need will depend on where you are from, how you are traveling, and what documents you are traveling with. Please visit this site to check your entry requirements. All US citizens must have a valid US passport to travel to Canada. Here is a list of countries that require visas to travel to Canada. Please email AAA to request a letter of invitation for your visa application. Letters of invitation can only be provided to registered attendees, invited speakers and presenting authors of accepted abstracts. Canada requests the following information be included on the letter of invitation: full name (to match the passport), date of birth, and contact information.
If your entry is denied, make sure that you send in a cancellation request. Requests for refunds will be honored only if received by AAA in writing to [email protected] on or before March 1, 2024. There will be no refunds for requests received after March 1, 2024. No-shows and onsite registrations are non-refundable.
